nbc's who do you think you are! NEW Jan 2011

After enjoying the first season of NBC's Who Do You Think You Are? I am very excited for season 2! If you missed the first season you can watch full episodes and access a bunch of research information from their website.

NBC teamed up with Ancestry.com to chronicle the genealogy searches of a celebrities, the show is based off a BBC British genealogy series. Lisa Kudrow, Spike Lee, and Susan Sarandon are a few examples from season 1. The celebrities travel all over the world in search of their family's past and each story is exciting, tragic, mysterious, and unique. Rumor has it Rosie O'Donnel will be featured on season 2 as reported by Geneabloggers!

Sorry! waaaay overdue! Geneabloggers first alerted me in Dec re:new cast of Season 2. I'm really excited for Friday's premiere! But I haven't been able to find much of anything online from NBC or the show, maybe details will come out this week?
